The Den Hire - Web Booking

Cost is £10 for the first hour then £5 per hour after.

We do not take payments through the website for this service instead you can pay in store (receipt provided) or we can invoice you to pay via BACS (please request). If booking multiple sessions we can take payment at the end of your block.

You can add multiple dates if you wish to book multiple sessions by clicking back onto the product from the cart.

Please make sure you leave a phone number on checkout so we can contact you if there any any issues with your booking.

By booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions (see 'Other Guidance' below).

We’re glad you are considering our Den to host your workshop or event! To make sure everyone (two- and four-legged) has a safe and enjoyable time, please follow our simple terms & conditions of hire:

🐕 Dogs Welcome!
• Dogs, and all pets, are very welcome here.
• Please clean up after your dog right away. If a mess has been made on the artificial grass, please dab with paper towels provided and inform a member of staff. We will clean properly after the event.
• If a dog is aggressive or disruptive, we may ask them to leave if we believe there is a risk to our shoppers or staff.
• Dog owners remain legally and financially responsible for their pets’ actions at all times.

🍎 Food & Drink
• Cold lunches and snacks are fine to be consumed on site. Please note this is an active pet-zone so use our facilities to maintain appropriate hygiene.
• No open hot food or buffet style food please.
• Tea & coffee making facilities are available – help yourself! Although milk may need to be provided by the host.

🚪 Safety First
• Fire doors at both ends must stay clear at all times.
• Please familiarise yourself with the fire exits and make sure all attendees know the location of the muster point (Hedge at the back of the carpark).
• Report any accidents or damages to staff. Basic first aid kit available.
• Switch off and unplug any electrical items after use.
• Copies of risk assessment and public liability insurance must be provided on request, although some events can be covered by Wildwood Pets Ltd. Please discuss further with the team if needed.
• Wildwood Pets Ltd accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings while using the space.

🌿 Clean & Considerate
• We do our best, but the room may not be allergen-free (dog hair happens!).
• We cannot guarantee Wi-Fi availability, but use of our electric outlets is included.
• Users are responsible for any damage caused to the property, equipment, or facilities.
• Please leave the room, and any facilities you use on site, as you found it – clean and tidy.
